Our Florida vacation villa is located just 20 minutes from
Disney on the luxurious Southern Dunes resort. The Southern Dunes Golf Course is one of the top courses in America and is
just outside your front door.
You can also enjoy splendid views over Lake Joe which the villa overlooks from all of
the Bedrooms and the Pool Area. It has probably the best Waterside view on Southern Dunes of any vacation home.
The Lake House has 4 Bedrooms - 2 Masters with Ensuites and 2 Twins with further sofa bed
accommodation. All of the 4 Bedrooms have spectacular views over the lake - what a fantastic way to wake up in the morning!!
The South facing Pool and Deck is fully screened and the sun rises and sets over the pool
providing the benefit of potential sun all day from Sunrise to Sunset.
The Pool Deck will also provide the opportunity to see some great wildlife on the lake - Whooping
Cranes, soaring Eagles, Turtles basking on the reeds and some wonderful butterfly colours.
In addition to the welcoming pool, families will also appreciate our Games Room, complete
with Pool Table, Electonic Darts, Table Football/Foozball, a comfortable seating area and Cable TV. A selection of other
games has also been provided.
